Construction Field Engineer

Here are a few companies hiring for the MOX Facility (nuclear) in Aiken, SC. You don't have to be a degreed engineer for these positions. I've been contacted by two of these companies but it seems to me that they all are trying to fill the same job and nothing is etched in stone with them, sort of a work in progress.
I have another offer that I must accept or decline this Monday so I can't wait them out. :(
